Description for blind and low-vision visitors

A horizontal painting with two large birds standing symmetrically on either side of a slender central tree that rises from a dark mound at the lower center. Each bird has a long curving neck, a tall reddish leg and a broad rounded body filled with dense mosaic-like patterning. The left bird's body is dominated by a red domed area scrolled with white lines above a patchwork of blue, pink and orange cells, and its plumage spills outward to the left edge. The right bird is patterned in green, blue and red with a long pointed beak. Both birds perch on pale oval stones streaked with feathery markings. Above, several smaller long-beaked birds and a twisting braided form fill the upper register against a bright yellow sky. Green pine-like fronds sprout near the base.
