Description for blind and low-vision visitors

A horizontal painting on a black background centred on a large fantastic fish with gaping red-rimmed jaws lined with pointed white teeth and a dark forked tongue. Its body carries blue and grey scaling, white fern-leaf motifs and rows of coloured dots, ending in a fan of pastel scallop-shaped fins. Two smaller striped fish with big eyes swim to the left, surrounded by feathery green palm fronds that radiate across the scene. Fine white hatching details the fins and leaves in the naive folk style, with the white signature and date at the lower right.
