Description for blind and low-vision visitors

A horizontal painting on a pale yellow ground marbled with faint wavy lines. At the center a large bird with a green head and red beak stands on a thick diagonal branch, its rounded body covered in orange honeycomb scales above and dark blue-green feathers below, with a striped fan tail at the right. Several smaller birds fly across the upper portion, two of them feeding a fledgling near the upper left; another bird perches on a branch at the upper right. A brown snake coils along the branch at the lower left, and a school of small triangular fish swims through pale blue water across the lower left and lower center. Bare brown branches frame the upper right and lower right. Handwritten text sits near the lower center. The palette mixes warm oranges and yellows with cool blues and greens.
