Description for blind and low-vision visitors

A horizontal painting set against a flat bright-yellow ground with small blue cloud forms along the lower edge. At the upper left a man with a long white beard and flowing gray hair, draped in pale robes, extends a bare arm toward the right. Surrounding and below him is a swirling flock of stylized birds with curving wings and long necks, their bodies patterned in green, orange, blue and red with fine concentric striping and scattered eye-spots; their wingtips end in spiky black feathers. On the right side looms a large green serpentine creature with a toothy open jaw, spined crest and a single round eye, its scaly body coiling downward. The composition reads as a dynamic confrontation, all forms tightly outlined and densely textured across the open yellow space.
